Return Policy

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind (including change of size and/or colour), we will exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• You provide a Ravage Apparel with receipt as proof of purchase
• Does not apply to accessories/ E Gift cards or undergarments
• Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
• Goods must retain all orginal labels and packaging
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
• Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. Ravage Apparel will happily cover the re-delivery charge of sending the good(s) back to you.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Ravage Apparel Warehouse.

HOW DO I REFUND?

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Ravage Apparel is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price, or gift cards on items, or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. To obtain a refund you must meet these requirements:

• The item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.
• You provide Ravage Apparel receipt as proof of purchase
• Does not apply to accessories/ E Gift cards or undergarments
• Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
• Goods must retain all orginal labels and packaging

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiveing the returned goods.This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
