Australia Return Policy
- We offer a refund or store credit for items returned within 14 days.
- Customer MUST pay for shipping if returning any items.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT any refunds or exchanges on outlet/Sale items/ Promotions and Sales (unless faulty).
- For customers selecting a refund, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover cost of shipping.
We ship from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post and other courier companies depending on the size of the parcel location etc. All purchases are track and traced with a tracking number. We offer express post for all multiple item transactions made within Australia. Express post packages are estimated to take up to 5 days for delivery please refer to the Australia Post website for specific delivery times.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We make every endeavour to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.
Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details as provided by you. If you provide us with incorrect delivery details:
if your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges, or if the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
